SITE INSPECTION

This undertaking involves a range of meticulous examinations, including foundation rebar inspection, sheer wall inspection, framing inspection, and epoxied anchors. At Ace Pro Design, our principal aim centers on procuring precise site data and pertinent insights. Furthermore, we extend the option of issuing an inspection letter to either the client or the municipal authorities, should such documentation be deemed necessary.
AS-BUILT PLAN & ELEVATIONS
As-built plan and evaluation is a graphical depiction of how the interior of a building is organized, displaying the positioning and interconnection of rooms, spaces, walls, and architectural elements. It offers an aerial perspective of the property, serving as a foundational document for architects, designers, and builders throughout the construction or renovation journey. PREPARE REPORT
The objective of a report is to evaluate any issues pertaining to the foundation and framing that buildings encounter over their entire lifespan. At Ace Pro Design, our experienced engineer will conduct an on-site inspection of the property, analyze its state, and propose effective remedies to tackle the identified issues. Furthermore, should the client opt to modify any interior walls that could potentially harm the structural integrity if removed, our engineers will carry out a site inspection and produce a report accordingly.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
Here at Ace Pro Design, we also offer Construction Management Consulting.
